Fantastic Hotel near Cité du Vin

The hotel is close to a tram station and the wine museum making it easy to get around. A food market nearby has seafood and drinks offering convenience. The staff makes guests feel at ease and gives their best effort. The hotel is also within walking distance from a waterfront restaurant and market area.
The air conditioning never cooled the room down at night making it uncomfortable. The device lacked instructions or a simple interface with symbols. I recommend adding guidance for a more user-friendly experience.

The hotel opened in 2021 and still looks new and very well maintained. I found the hotel design to be quite minimalist. There is hardly any wardrobe space more of a rack with hangers.

Right next to the hotel is a food hall, offering excellent food and wine options. This food hall is a great plus to staying providing quick and easy meals. It is open from Tuesday to Sunday.

The staff is very attentive and professional making my stay more enjoyable. They were also friendly and helpful when asked for information. I really appreciated their quick and efficient service.

the location was decent as tram stops were nearby.
I was given a tiny glass of peach juice (it was more like a thimble) upon arrival. I found this bizarre. the 80 euro deposit they hold is difficult for international debit cards. the room i got was on the first floor and it wasn't soundproof, so it was hard to sleep since i could hear the road and people talking outside.
